Is it possible to feed a signal from a cable box into a projector?
The projector is an ASK Proxima. It seems like its designed more for office presentations. It only has one video input, a dvi. It uses a cable that is dvi on one end and vga on the other to connect to computers with vga.
I live in the nyc area and have cablevision. The boxes have a dvi output on them, but I tried hooking it up to the projector, no signal.
Would be a huge help if anyone has any ideas. Thx!
There are two flavors of DVI, DVi analog, which is in effect VGA, and DVI digital (the output from your set-top box).
If the projector only supports DVI analog, then you will not be able to use your set-top box.
