What do you have in your kit that isn't directly related to photography, but you can't do without?
For example, I have an Led Lenser Flashlight which pumps out 225 lumens. It's a military light which you might see under the barrel of a soldier's rifle or pistol. In low light I can use it to aid in auto-focus and it makes manual focusing in low light much easier for these 43 year old eyes.
I also always carry a multi-tool of some sort. At the moment it's a swiss army knife. One day I'm actually going to use it for something. lol.
@ andy w .... I don't use gaffer tape, but I love duct tape! I could build a space ship out of that stuff.
@ Picture Taker .... it's funny but I never actually thought about the importance of good boots. I wear these old beat up Scarpa Trek boots that must be getting on to 15 years old. They no longer look pretty, but they're still going strong and keeping my feet dry.
